These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NorthForge website and the design, development, and management services we provide ("Services"). By using our site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

NorthForge designs, builds, hosts, and maintains custom websites. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement between you and NorthForge. In the event of a conflict, that signed agreement takes precedence over these Terms.

2. Quotes, fees & payment

• Pricing shown on our site (such as the Launch Website and Managed Website plans) is indicative and may vary based on project scope.
• One-time build fees and any setup fees are due as outlined in your project agreement.
• Managed plans are billed on a recurring basis and continue until cancelled per the agreement terms.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services, including hosting.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos) needed to complete your project. You confirm you have the rights to all materials you provide to us.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final website deliverables produced specifically for you, except for third-party assets, fonts, libraries, and any pre-existing NorthForge tools or templates, which remain the property of their respective owners. We may display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included is defined in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond that scope may incur extra fees.

6. Third-party services

Our Services may rely on third-party providers (such as hosting, domains, and form processing). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by those third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

7. Disclaimers

Our Services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
